Spam and E-mail Abuse

If you feel that you have received an unsolicited e-mail from IP Global follow the appropriate steps to identifying the source:

  • Verify this message is not a mailing list you have joined
  • View the header properties for the message to determine true source


Network Attacks

If you are experiencing a network attack such as a DoS (Denial of Service) or a port probe please gather the following information before reporting such an instance to an IP Global technician:

  • Time and Date
  • Originator IP(s)
  • Port Numbers
  • Log Snippets

Please verify that you have gathered all necessary information and send an e-mail along with your name and contact information. Upon receipt of your submission, you will receive an e-mail notification stating that we have received your message.
